Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Your production deposit reserves your production date and is non-refundable if the shoot is cancelled. You may reschedule your shoot at least 14 days before your scheduled production date at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the scheduled shoot are subject to a $250 rebooking fee, deducted from your production deposit.
If we need to reschedule a shoot due to circumstances on our end, your deposit will be transferred to the new date or refunded in full if we're unable to accommodate the rescheduled production. By submitting your booking, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
