We were tasked with documenting the implementation of an equity and inclusive education framework for use in the classroom. The project covered an entire school year, as we followed a handful of educators on this journey at two francophone schools. The film focused on the hidden biases and privileges that even the best-intentioned people have and documented the learning arc experienced by the educators and their students.
